There is no doubt in my mind, nor has there been for years, that the second beast of Revelation chapter 13—the predicted coming false prophet—who will lead the end-time world’s apostate church and one-world false religion, is the Pope of the Roman Catholic Church. There is also no doubt in my mind, nor has there been for years, that this pope will join league with and serve as the right hand man of the leader of the last days’ one-world government, which will lead our fallen and Christ-rejecting world in its final and consummate all-out assault on Christ and all things Christian. Furthermore, it’s looking more and more to me like Rome’s present pontiff, Pope Francis, is assuming this Biblically predicted end-time role.
According to Pope Francis, the coronavirus is no judgment of God nor pestilence predicted by Jesus as part of the beginning of end-time sorrows. Instead, it is, along with things like multiplying earthquakes and wildfires in Australia, most likely the earth’s vengeance on humanity for manmade climate change. As such, it is also, according to Rome’s pontificating pontiff, a call to humanity to change its ways, as well as way of life.
In 2015, Pope Francis released Laudato Si’, his much ballyhooed encyclical on the environment and climate change. In it, he called for the radical transformation of politics, economics and individual lifestyles. In order to save our planet, as well as ourselves, the Pope called for swift and unified global action. To put it plainly, he called for the surrender of all means of production and all personal liberties to a political new world order, which alone can save our planet from becoming a smoldering ember and its populace from becoming charcoaled briquets.
That Pope Francis should call for the salvation of the world through its subjugation to a one world totalitarian system should come as no surprise. After all, he is a subscriber to liberation theology, which is a synthesis of Christianity with Marxism. According to the good pontiff, “It is communists who think like Christians.” As far as capitalism is concerned, Rome’s most unholy father has denounced it as “the dung of the devil.”
Along with his Laudato Si’, Pope Francis has also given us his Abu Dhabi Declaration, which he signed with Sheikh Ahmed el-Tayeb, the Grand Imam of Al-Azhar, on February 4, 2019 in the United Arab Emirates. This so-called human fraternity document declares that God wills a plurality of religions and that “proselytism is solemn nonsense.” In fact, Pope Francis has went so far as to proclaim, “If someone says they are a disciple of Jesus and comes to you with proselytism [attempting to convert you to Christianity], they are not a disciple of Jesus.” In light of such unorthodox Christian beliefs, a notorious atheist recently asked Pope Francis in an interview what happens to people like him who reject “the Christian God.” Francis responded by proposing that obeying one’s conscience is a valid alternative to faith in Christ.
Obviously, the god of Pope Francis is not the God of the Bible, but the god of this world, who has not only blinded his mind, but is masterfully using him to blind the minds of millions (2 Corinthians 4:4). Whereas the Scripture proclaims that the spiritual man judges all things (1 Corinthians 2:15), Pope Francis, in response to a question a few years ago about homosexuality, famously responded, “Who am I to judge?” Truly, the god of Pope Francis, as he has professed himself, doesn’t judge, but only forgives. Therefore, no one has anything to worry about when it comes to the judgement of God over their rejection of His Son, Jesus Christ, as their Lord and Savior. Instead, our only worry is over earth’s vengeance upon us if we continue to reject a one world totalitarian system as lord over our lives and our savior from climate change.
