When science becomes dogmatic, it ceases to be science and commences to be religion. When its dogmas are mandated by the state, it has become the official state religion. This explains why Paul Karl Feyerbend opined, “The separation of state and church must be complimented by the separation of state and science, that most recent, most aggressive, and most dogmatic religious institution.” One of our Founding Fathers, Benjamin Rush, fought to have the right of medical freedom, just like that of religious freedom, inserted into our Constitution. According to Rush, leaving the guarantee of medical freedom out of our Constitution would inevitably lead to a day “when medicine [would] organize into an undercover dictatorship.” President Dwight D. Eisenhower, in his famous military-industrial complex speech, warned that public policy could some day “become the captive of a scientific-technological elite.” He went on to add that if science ever acquired such “unwarranted influence,” it would pose a most serious threat to our democratic government.
Unfortunately, in today’s America, state and science are not separate, as Feyerbend called for, but goose-stepping in lockstep over our liberties. In addition, what Rush predicted and Eisenhower warned us about is materializing right under our noses in modern-day America. Science has become an “undercover dictatorship,” which is exercising such “unwarranted influence” over our lives as to imperil our representative republic. Yet, few Americans are aware of the fascism being fostered by the fiat of our federal government to unquestionably follow the science. According to Albert Einstein, one of our nation’s most famous and brilliant scientists, the “unthinking respect for authority,” which our government is now demanding, “is the greatest enemy of truth.”
To help pry open eyes that are presently shut to the dire danger of what is falsely called science, which the Bible warns us not to be deceived by (1 Timothy 6:20), let’s look at the ever-increasing control our government is seizing over our lives through its chief “scientific”contrivance—climate change. As White House Press Secretary, Karine Jean-Pierre, recently asserted, it’s almost like “climate change is taking over every part of our lives.” The truth, however, is that our cunning government is cleverly using this crafty contrivance to take over almost every part of our lives. Make no mistake about it; climate change is all about government control. It’s not about saving the planet, but about subjugating it!
Dr. John Clauser is a Nobel Prize winning physicist, whose scheduled speech at the United Nation’s International Monetary Fund was recently cancelled, over his warning to the world that the so-called climate change emergency is really “a dangerous corruption of science that threatens the world’s economy and the well-being of billions of people.” Suddenly, Clauser, a world-renowned scientist is cancelled, censored, and condemned, simply because he dared to disagree with prevailing pseudoscience and its government imposed dogma of climate change.
Clauser, a self-professed climate change denialist, has condemned the United Nations Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change as "one of the [world’s] worst sources of dangerous misinformation.” According to him, “we are totally awash in pseudoscience” and any objective science on climate change has been sacrificed to politics. Like this old preacher, this Nobel Prize winning physicist, sees straight through the ruse of this made-up crisis and straight to its devilish design; namely, the usurpation of political power over the masses.
The maligning of Clauser over his refusal to parrot the present-day talking points of pseudoscience, reminds us of the malicious maligning of other renowned scientists, such as those maligned in emails between Anthony Fauci, the former Director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases, and Francis Collins, the former Director of the National Institutes of Health, during the COVID-19 pandemic. In these emails, renowned epidemiologists, Jay Bhattacharya of Stanford University, Sunetra Gupta of the University of Oxford, and Martin Kulldorff of Harvard, were denounced as “fringe epidemiologists,” simply because they disagreed with Fauci and Collins’ desperate attempt to convince the public that the COVID-19 virus did not originate from China’s Wuhan Lab.
Today, we know that the virus almost certainly came from the lab, though we’re not sure whether it was intentional or accidental. After all, the Wuhan Lab is a bioweapons research facility of the communist Chinese, who have made no secret of their diabolical designs on world domination. In addition to this, we’ve also learned that the Wuhan Lab, where gain of function research on coronaviruses was being conducted, was partially funded, thanks to Anthony Fauci and Francis Collins, with American taxpayer dollars. This bombshell headline certainly explains Fauci and Collins’ determination to cover their tracks in the possible origin of the pandemic from the public, even if it required them to discredit and defame superior epidemiologists, with far more credentials and credibility than themselves.
Recently, a couple of celebrated climate scientists, William Happer, professor emeritus in physics at Princeton University, and Richard Lindzen, professor emeritus of atmospheric science at Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), where he held the most distinguished chair in meteorology in America, the Alfred P. Sloan Professorship of Meteorology, both argued, like Nobel Prize winning Physicist Dr. John Clauser, that the claim of an impending climate change crisis is a false prognostication of the false prophets of present-day pseudoscience. For instance, according to them, the new rules being imposed by our Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) to cut carbon dioxide (CO2) emissions have “no scientifically justifiable reason,” but will only prove to “be disastrous for [our] country.”
Citing extensive data to prove their claim, this dynamic duo proceeds to prove that the EPA’s prediction of the impending imperiling of our planet by climate change is void of scientific facts, is based on speculative models, which have persistently proven bogus, and is more a political opinion than bonafide science. Dr. Happer, who happens to be a past director of energy research in the U.S Department of Energy, maintains that the exaggerated doomsday predictions of a consensus of current climate scientists is not only an embarrassment to true science, but forms the false foundation for the “arbitrary and capricious” rules and regulations our EPA has imposed to combat its grossly over-exaggerated threat of CO2 emissions.
Both Happer and Lindzen argue that the warming in temperature caused by increased carbon dioxide, since the Industrial Revolution, is not only, contrary to the consensus of so-called climate change scientists, quite benign, but actually beneficial to humanity. For example, by increasing the greening of our planet it has increased food production 20 percent worldwide. More C02 in the atmosphere, Happer and Lindzen avow, translates into more plant growth and higher farm yields. What’s more is the additional fact that synthetic fertilizers, which are derivations of natural gas, are used today in half of the world’s food production.
A meteorologist and senior fellow at the Heartland Institute, Anthony Watts, has illustrated for us how our present-day pseudoscience manipulates data to propagate the false narrative that the earth will soon be a smoldering ember and all of us little charcoaled briquets. In his study of data from the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), Watts discovered that 81 percent of the data shows that unusually hot days have either decreased or not changed at all since 1948. In fact, according to the annual heat wave index of the EPA, temperatures in the contiguous 48 states were substantially higher, in some instances even four times higher or more, in the 1930s than they are today. Yet, by carefully cherrypicking starting and ending points, today’s climate change alarmists can show long-term warming trends. For instance, if you start with the 1970s, when temperatures were unusually low, and end with 2010, prior to a decade when temperatures once again dipped lower, you can show a warming trend. Yet, if you look at all the data objectively, without cherrypicking it to back up your preconceived idea, you find that the so-called “settled science” of global warming is anything but settled.
When you look at the past track record of pseudoscience’s doomsayers’ prognostications, its hard to believe that anyone any longer believes anything they ever say. It is truly unbelievable that any American today is willing to surrender their constitutional rights and freedoms to a coercive government seeking to usurp control over their lives upon a pair of perfidious pretenses; namely, the repeated false predictions of pseudoscientists and the ridiculous false promise of pompous politicians that they alone can save our planet and posterity. Here’s a few examples of pseudoscience’s false predictions that have not only proven fallacious, but preposterous.
In 1958, it was predicted that the Arctic Ocean would soon open, allowing ships to sail over the North Pole. This prediction was based on the fact that the Arctic ice sheet at that time was only 7 feet thick, as it is today, some 65 years later.
In 1967, worldwide famines were predicted by 1975, because of the world’s overpopulation. In his book, The Population Bomb, Paul Ehrlich actually recommended lacing America’s drinking water and food supplies with sterilization chemicals to cut down on our surplus population.
In 1970, a new ice age was predicted by the 21st century. This prediction was based on the belief that pollution would soon block out the light of the sun and turn our planet into a giant freezer and all of us into little ice cubes.
In 1971, a report in the Washington Post, by a NASA scientist, predicted that in 50 years the world would find itself in a “disastrous new ice age,” because of the rapid growth of global cooling. Interestingly, here we are 52 years later, and we’re being warned of a planetary incineration, over the rapid growth of global warming.
In 1972, two scientists from Brown University, wrote a highly publicized letter to President Richard Nixon, predicting that “a global deterioration of climate,” caused by the “rate of [global] cooling” at the time, would eventually bring about “glacial temperatures” all over the earth.
In 1974, predictions of a soon coming ice age continued, over such things as satellite imagery and the southward migration of armadillos.
In 1979, thanks to the fact that global temperatures began to warm rather than cool, scientific doomsayers changed their “sky is falling” predictions over a coming ice age to predictions of impending disaster over melting ice at the North Pole.
In 1982, the Executive Director of the United Nations Environmental Program, predicted that “if the world didn’t change course, it would face an environmental catastrophe” as devastating, complete and irreversible as a “nuclear holocaust” by the year 2000.
In 1988, it was predicted that the island nation of the Maldives could be submerged by rising sea levels in 30 years and that the Maldives themselves could perish as early as 1992 from the drying up of their drinking water. Of course, the Maldives are nether submerged nor extinct today, but thriving and prosperous, with millions of dollars of bench front villas dotting their coastline.
In 1989, a senior environmental official at the United Nations, Noel Brown, not only predicted that the island nation of the Maldives would soon be submerged by rising sea levels, but also that many other entire nations would also be submerged and wiped off the face of the earth by the year 2000.
In 2000, it was predicted that snowfalls in the U.K., due to global warming, were destined to become rare events. However, snowfalls in the U.K. today are no rarer than they were 23 years ago.
In 2001, it was predicted that global warming would soon destroy the maple syrup industry in New England, but 22 years later it is still flourishing.
In 2004, a secret Pentagon report was discovered that predicted that climate change would lead to nuclear war, that major European cities would sink into the ocean, and that Britain would descend into a “Siberian” climate by the year 2020.
In 2006, Al Gore predicted that “unless drastic measures to reduce greenhouse gases are taken in the next 10 years, the world will reach a point of no return.”
In 2007, the head of the United Nation’s Climate Panel claimed that 2007 was “the defining moment” of the climate change fight, adding that “if there is no action by 2012, [it will] be too late.”
In 2009, Al Gore famously predicted, “The Arctic Ocean may be nearly ice-free in summer as early as 2014.” This obviously mistaken prediction was also echoed by John Kerry, Joe Biden’s current “Climate Czar,” who predicted, in no uncertain terms: “In 5 years we will have the first ice free Arctic summer.”
In 2012, everyone was encouraged to enjoy snow, because it would be gone from the earth no later than the year 2020.
In 2017, the soon demise of the ski resort industry was predicted.
In 2018, a Harvard scientist emphatically proclaimed, “The chance that there will be any permanent ice left in the Arctic after 2022 is essentially zero.” Yet, today, in the year 2023, there is actually 5.6 million square miles of Arctic ice.
In 2018, Greta Thunberg, the autistic poster child of climate change, tweeted, “Top Climate Scientist: Humans will go extinct if we don’t fix climate by 2023.” Greta added, “A top climate change scientist is warning that climate change will wipe out all of humanity unless we stop using fossil fuels over the next 5 years.” Interestingly, this year, 5 years later, Greta has deleted this particular tweet. It might be added, that while Greta deleted her tweet, the Glacier National Park has taken down its signs that warned park visitors that all of its glaciers would be gone by the year 2020.
In December of 2021, the Los Angeles Times ran a story reporting that a “no snow” California could come sooner than you think. However, a few weeks after this article, it was reported that December of 2021 had been the snowiest ever recorded in the history California.
With egg all over the faces of climate change doomsayers, as well as the so-called “settled science” of climate change proven to be anything but settled, one cannot help but ask why our government keeps propagating this ruse, as well as using it to increasingly regulate our lives. Well, here’s the rub; as we stated earlier, climate change has nothing to do with saving our planet, but everything to do with subjugating it. It’s all about government control. Our government is trying to frighten us into freely surrendering our liberties and submitting our lives to Big Brother’s iron fisted control. If we can be deceived into believing that government is our only hope of planetary survival, then, we will give government dictatorial power over ourselves and our children.
We’ve already witnessed the considerable coercive power of our government to seize control over our lives through what is falsely called science during the COVID-19 pandemic. Do you remember how the government falsely condemned the unvaccinated as unpatriotic Typhoid Marys, who were threatening the very survival of every American, as well as America itself. Of course, we now know that this was a barefaced lie! The pandemic was not, as our President fallaciously told us, “A pandemic of the unvaccinated,” nor were the vaccines effective in preventing the spread of the virus, despite our President’s false promise, “If you get the vaccine, you won’t get the virus.” Furthermore, we now know that the shutting down of our economy, the suspending of our Constitution, the placing of our whole populace under house arrest, and the closing of our businesses, schools, and churches had nothing to do with us following true science, but everything to do with us being fettered and subjugated by a repressive government under the ruse of so-called science.
In his classic book, The Road to Serfdom, F. A. Hayek taught that the government has no better means of manipulating the masses into subjugation than by the declaration of a national emergency. According to Hayek, “Emergencies have always been the pretext on which the safeguards of individual liberty have been eroded.” In other words, if a free people can be persuaded that they’re imperiled by some impending disaster, then, they may permit government to seize control over their lives at the cost of their liberties for the promise of their personal preservation. Foreseeing such a danger to the future of freedom, Benjamin Franklin warningly wrote: “Those who would give up essential liberty to purchase a little temporary safety deserve neither liberty nor safety.” Such cowardice certainly deserves neither and will lose both, which explains another famous quote. Elmer Davis, a famous American news reporter, once wrote, “This nation will remain the land of the free only so long as it is the home of the brave.”
In a recent interview, President Joe Biden was asked, by the Weather Channel’s Stephanie Abrams, whether he was prepared to declare a national emergency over climate change. He answered, “Practically speaking, I’ve already done it.” While he has not officially announced a climate change emergency under the National Emergency Act, which would permit him to seize power over our lives that is normally constitutionally prohibited, his administration has not ruled out him soon doing so. It is truly an ominous shadow now hanging over our heads, like the Sword of Damocles. Just think about it; at any time now our president could declare his sovereign reign over us under the ruse of a scientific red herring.
Another thing Hayek warned about in his classic book is that economic control is a short and sure path to total government control. Hayek wrote: “Economic control is not merely control of a sector of human life which can be separated from the rest; it is the control of the means for all our ends. And whoever has sole control of the means must also determine which ends are to be served, which values are to be rated higher and which lower, in short, what men should believe and strive for.”
In light of this ominous past warning of Hayek’s, consider the present rise of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) investing, along with the growing movement toward a cashless society and a social credit system. What it all adds up to is our government’s seizure of our economy and individual incomes, so it can totally control our businesses, as well as our beliefs and behavior. Our businesses can be forced out of business and our bank accounts bankrupted if our beliefs and behavior do not conform to Big Brother’s mandates and dictates. For instance, if we refuse to fight global warming, by burning the wrong kind of light bulbs in our homes or offices, or driving the wrong kind of delivery vehicle or personal automobile, government can confiscate our business’ profits and our personal incomes and deposit them into its own coffers. As a result, we will be unable to “buy or sell,” because we failed to succumb to government subjugation, which is the very thing the Bible predicts will happen to everyone who refuses to bow before the beastly and tyrannical power of the end times (Revelation 13:17).
In a recent Tweet, the “Queen of Mean,” Hillary Clinton, asked, “Hot enough for you?” Then she added, “Thank a MAGA Republican.” She then concluded her tweet with, “Or better yet, vote them out of office.” The insinuation is clear, if you’re not a Democrat and climate change dupe, then, you’re the cause of this summer’s heat wave and of all of its supposed climate change induced natural disasters. You’re to blame for the stifling heat, torrential rains, flash floods, destructive tornados, tropical storms, and raging wildfires. You’re a menace to society, a threat to planetary survival, and a risk to the preservation of the human race. You must, therefore, be either brought under government control for the good of the whole or eliminated from society for the sake of its survival.
Are you starting to catch on? At any time now our government, under the ruse of climate change, could seize dictatorial power over our lives. Furthermore, if we dare to refuse to relinquish our rights and freedoms, by disobeying our government’s dictatorial dictates, we’ll be despoiled and demonized by Democrats and climate change dupes as a danger to America, and all Americans, as well as to our planet, and it’s whole population.
This impending tyranny, along with its accompanying and unprecedented tribulation and persecution, will be used by Christ to purify and prepare His bride, the church, for His soon coming. It will separate the wheat from the tares and the sheep from the goats. It will transform the contemporary carnal church into a glorious and holy church, without blemish, spot, or wrinkle, but prepared as a bride adorned and prepared for her Husband (Ephesians 5:27; Revelation 21:2). Contrary to popular opinion, Christ is not coming back for the old hag we’ve been calling the church nor is He going to secretly snatch it up into the safety of Heaven before it stumps its toe on any end-time tribulation or persecution. Instead, He is coming back for a glorious church that has been refined and made ready for His return by passing through the coming raging fires of end-time tribulation and unprecedented persecution. The question is: “Are you ready to suffer for Christ as He suffered for you and to give your all for Him as He gave His all for you?” If so, then, the time has come for you to lift up your head, for your redemption draweth nigh (Luke 21:28)!
