America, the world’s former city on a hill, is being burnt down before our very eyes by Democrat arsonists in their no holds barred attempt to kill a perceived rat. In order to destroy Donald Trump, Trump deranged Democrats are turning our justice system upside down, so much so that the perception of innocence until proven guilty has been transformed in Trump’s case to the perception of guilty until proven innocent. For instance, Judge Arthur Engoron singlehandedly found Trump guilty of criminal fraud before Trump’s trial in New York City even began. According to Engoron, the sole purpose of the trial was to determine how high to build Trump’s gallows, which he had already sentenced Trump to, and Lettitia James, Trump’s prosecutor, had already promised she would construct, way before she had charged Trump with any crime.

Judge Engoron reminds us of Judge Roy Bean, who always gave defendants a fair trial before he hung them. And Letitia James reminds us of Joseph’s Stalin’s political henchman, Lavrently Beria, who famously promised, “Show me the man and I’ll show you the crime.” Every honest American should see Engoron’s trying of Trump and James’ prosecution of Trump as obvious and egregious travesties of justice, regardless of what we might think of Donald Trump personally. There has never been a better example of a Kangaroo Court, in which the defendant was already convicted before the court even convened.

Yesterday’s ruling by the Empire State’s Judge Roy Bean—Arthur Engoron—against Donald Trump, could prove to be a deathblow to all New York realtors. Engoron’s ruling actually criminalizes a common practice among realtors, in order for Engoron to justify the unjustifiable; namely, his blatant attempt  to bankrupt Donald Trump and ban him from doing business in New York. All realtors in America, not just in New York, estimate their assets at the highest possible value when using them as collateral in loan applications. In response, banks and lenders counter with their estimate of the value of the loan applicant's assets, which is almost always lower than the applicant's. Finally, negotiations are conducted and a compromise is reached, in which the lender grants a loan to the borrower for a percentage of the agreed to value of the borrower's assets. In the case of Donald Trump, like in all real estate loans, this common process was followed, loans were granted, and all loans were repaid in full and on time. In the end, everybody, including the lenders, were completely happy and satisfied. No one was defrauded and there were no victims. Yet, yesterday’s outrageous ruling against Donald Trump by Judge Engoron criminalizes a realtor’s estimate of the value of his or her assets as criminal fraud if any bank or lender estimates the value of the realtor’s assets to be less than the realtor’s estimation.

If this ludicrous travesty of justice is legitimized on appeal, we need to build more and bigger prisons, for every realtor in America can now be prosecuted and imprisoned, thanks to Lettitia James, Arthur Engoron, and all their fellow Democrat sufferers of Trump Derangement Syndrome. While you may mistakenly believe that Donald Trump deserves to suffer such an injustice, you need to realize that by rubber stamping it in his case, you pave the way for such an injustice to be perpetrated against you as well. As Martin Niemoller once warned: “First they came for the Socialists, and I did not speak out, because I was not a Socialist. Then they came for the Trade Unionists, and I did not speak out, because I was not a Trade Unionist. Then they came for the Jews, and I did not speak out, because I was not a Jew. Then they came for me and there was no one left to speak out for me.”
