Roman Catholicism is baptized paganism. When Constantine converted the Roman Empire at the point of his sword, the Christian church was overrun by pagans, who brought the baggage of their pagan religions into the church with them. Being unable to dissuade the pagans to discontinue the practice of their pagan religions and observance of their religious rituals, the Christian clergy incorporated paganism into Christianity. By covering pagan practices and observances with a thin Christian veneer, the Christian clergy baptized paganism and gave birth to what we know today as Roman Catholicism.

Roman Catholicism is both a false religion and an apostate church. It preaches a false gospel and teaches false doctrines. It is also led by a false christ, its Pope, who is alleged to be the Vicar of Christ; that is, Christ’s infallible representative upon the earth.

Nothing in all of Christian history has done more damage to the cause of Christ than Roman Catholicism. Thanks to the world mistakenly seeing Catholicism as Christianity and its Pope as the leader of Christendom, the crimes of the apostate church of Rome have always been attributed to the true Church of Christ, despite the fact that Catholicism is anything but Christian and its Pope no more the leader of the Christian church than any other false christ could ever be.

I have longed believed that the second beast of Revelation chapter 13—the predicted coming false prophet—who will lead the end-time world’s apostate church and one-world false religion, will be a Pope of the Roman Catholic Church. It will be under the umbrella of Roman Catholicism that all of our world’s false religions and cults will gather to join with an end-time one world antichrist government to stamp out God’s people upon the earth, both His chosen people—Israel and the Jews—and His elect people—the church and Christians. This firm belief of mine, based on what I’ve learned from both the Holy Scripture and the Holy Spirit, is also corroborated by a mountain of evidence, as the following proves.

Pope Francis not only followed in the footsteps of his papal predecessors in his embracing of syncretism, ecumenism, and universalism, but he also accelerated Catholicism’s advocacy of them. For instance, he signed, along with Sheikh Ahmed el-Tayeb, the Grand Imam of Al-Azhar, the Abu Dhabi Declaration in the United Arab Emirates. This so-called human fraternity document declares that God wills a plurality of religions and that “proselytism is solemn nonsense.” In fact, Pope Francis went so far as to proclaim, “If someone says they are a disciple of Jesus and comes to you with proselytism [attempting to convert you to Christianity], they are not a disciple of Jesus.” In light of Pope Francis’ espousal of such an unorthodox Christian belief, he was asked by a notorious atheist, “What happens to people like me who reject the Christian God?” Francis answered by arguing that obeying one’s conscience is a valid alternative to faith in Christ.

In response to a question a few years ago about homosexuality, Pope Francis famously answered, “Who am I to judge?” In light of this answer, as well as his answer to the atheist’s question above, we are forced to conclude that the god of Pope Francis was not the God of the Bible, who has called upon all men to be saved by turning from their sins with broken hearts and turning to His Son with all of their heart. Instead, the god of Pope Francis was the god of this world, who not only blinded his mind, but masterfully used him to blind the minds of millions (2 Corinthians 4:4). According to the false gospel of this late false christ, no one has anything to worry about, since God doesn’t judge anyone for their sins or for rejecting His Son Jesus Christ, but accepts us all on our own terms.

It came has no surprise to me that Pope Francis, in his final Easter Sunday address, the day before his death, issued an urgent call for climate action; after all, climate change was a major priority of his papacy. For instance, during the COVID-19 pandemic, Pope Francis preached that it was not to be mistaken as a judgement of God nor as pestilence predicted by Jesus as part of the beginning of end-time sorrows, but was instead the earth’s vengeance on humanity for manmade climate change. As a result, Rome’s pontificating pontiff called upon all humanity not to repent of their sin and to come to Christ to save their souls, but to repent of manmade climate change, in order to save our planet.

In 2015, Pope Francis released Laudato Si’, his much ballyhooed encyclical on the environment and climate change. In it, he called for the radical transformation of politics, economics and individual lifestyles. In order to save our planet, as well as ourselves, the pope called for swift and unified global action. To put it plainly, he called for the surrender of all means of production and all personal liberties to a political new world order, which alone can save our planet from becoming a smoldering ember and its populace from becoming charcoaled briquets.

That Pope Francis called for the salvation of the world through its subjugation to a one world totalitarian system should have come as no surprise to anyone, since he was a subscriber to liberation theology, which is a synthesis of Christianity with Marxism. According to Rome’s late Vicar of Christ, “It is communists who think like Christians.” As far as capitalism was concerned, Pope Francis denounced it as “the dung of the devil.”

One of the first things Pope Francis did in his papacy was to reinstate a suspended priest, Miguel D’Escoto, who John Paul II had suspended in 1985 from his priestly functions for not only joining the communist Sandinista regime in Nicaragua, but also for becoming its foreign minister. While serving the communist Sandinista regime, D'Escoto was rewarded the Lenin Peace Prize by the Soviets for his service to the communist cause. In addition to this, D’Escoto, in a "Dear Brother President Barack Obama" letter, dated August 25, 2013, urged Obama to have "the courage to acknowledge that capitalism is…the most un-Christian doctrine and practice ever devised by man to keep us separate and unequal in a kind of global apartheid.”

Pope Francis’ reinstating of Miguel D’Escoto to the priesthood was perfectly understandable, in light of the fact that Rome’s late unholy father’s sympathies with communism were well documented. Not only did Pope Francis claim that capitalism is "an economic system that can't hold up any more," but he also claimed that communists were closet Christians who had stolen the Christian flag. Along with putting communists under the colors of Christianity, Pope Francis, in his days as the head of the Society of Jesus, or Jesuits, in Argentina, was found by the Argentine judiciary, along with other Catholic priests in Argentina at the time, to have been complicit in the human rights abuses perpetrated by Argentina’s military dictatorship during its infamous Dirty War.

While accolades in honor of Pope Francis come in from political and religious leaders from all over the world, I think it is important to point out the truth about this Roman Pontiff, who passed away this past Monday morning. Not only did he tout his “liberation theology,” the marriage of Christianity with Marxism, as “the hope of the world,” but he also claimed that it was the one “common concern for the welfare of all humanity that will [prove to] be the means of uniting all religions into one.” Is there any wonder then that his last Easter address was not so much about the resurrected Christ, as our world’s only hope, as well as our only Lord and Savior, but about a worldwide totalitarian system, which will unite us all in an apostate one world religion and under an authoritarian one world government. It is, according to the late Pope Francis, as well as will be to his soon coming successor, only by bowing to this beastly end-time world rule and blasphemous religion, as our world’s only lord and savior, that we can hope to save ourselves, our offspring, and our earthly orb from the existential threats of capitalism and climate change.
